Sorry I am late but I started from Riddle and then read 'kite'.. now it would be redundant to say that I really liked both. btw the pictures you post blend so aesthetically with the blog hence the visual effect of kite was more arresting .. perhaps that's why ..
but seriously most of us.. the cushy bloggers.. when visit other's page.. conveniently read the top-most post and ignore the one's underneath..
i tried to leave an answer on the post above ....your list of questions ...no, i have no answers for you.
i just wanted to say that yes, yes, i too have similar thoughts swirling in my mind at times. and an overall sadness that tends to permeate everything i write (which is why i don't post much of my own poetry: it is either extremely sad or extremely angry ...)
but the questioning in and of itself is valid. your experience is valid. and if you find some answers .... come share them with me. if not? come and have a cup of tea with me anyway. i would greatly enjoy your company.

simple... it was easier to comment on The Kite than The Riddle
People like to think and react to easy things.... prefer to fly "the kite" anyday as compared to solving "the riddle" :)
Because, a picture speaks a thousand words. Also for the same reason that the TV ads are more expensive than print ads.
